McDonald's in Norwich

"Honestly a lovely little cheeky maccies! The staff are friendly, there's a great atmosphere and cozy ambient lighting. Would reccomend for first dates or hanging out with friends, and it makes for a convenient location to meet with people. Upstairs also has lovely views of the christmas lights! However, the ketchup pump was broken but aside from that it was fine! Even the toilets were clean and smelt okay."

"This was a fantastic joint to grab dinner, with plenty of self-service kiosks available. Service was fast and seating is comfortable, McCrispy was tasty and the fries were fresh enjoyed orange juice too!"

"Very standard for a McDonald's, but the staff are very helpful even during busy times. I go here very often and, when ordering in person, have never had my order messed up. However, I've had experiences with wrong orders when being delivered. Good quality - food always the same but tastes best when hot; if you go during quiet periods (e.g. after morning, lunch or dinner rush) the food might be lukewarm. Atmosphere is OK - nothing special. I recommend taking out and eating in the area outside or elsewhere in the city, plenty of better spots. I recommend the Chicken Sharebox or other "sharer" items for best value, or items from the Saver menu if you're not too hungry. The fries are most at risk of being not that great if you get them and they're not hot. Wait times are not bad overall but can be longer if you order something unpopular since they might not have it pre-prepared."

"Nice clean macdonalds in the centre of Norwich, air con is perfect for today 33 degrees on 1st July 25.i had the big arch meal and the burger is very filling and tasty..definitely a good addition in the macdonalds menu.."

"Very busy Saturday but staff were coping well in this split level, city centre outlet. Usually attracts hordes of teenagers if that is a concern! The young lad cleaning the upstairs areas went out of way to help various customers and was also doing a great job keeping it tip top. Toilets located upstairs."

"What can you say... it's a McDonald's and it does what McDonald's does. Great position in the centre of Norwich. Normally a quick turn round on orders. Use the app (when it works) to rack up points towards free food and offers. Generally clean and tidy."
